This notice describes how Quantora handles information submitted through the website and Project Planner.
- 02
The Project Planner collects the selected service or need, situation, improvement goals, timing, message and integration context, name, email, company and optional phone number, page and reply language, and privacy acknowledgement to prepare a response to your inquiry.
- 03
Production inquiries are stored in Google Cloud Firestore before a notification is attempted. The record includes a lead reference, timestamps, the submitted answers, the acknowledged notice version and notification delivery status. A retry identifier prevents an unchanged submission from being stored twice while you remain in the planner.
- 04
Telegram receives the lead reference and a limited operational summary: selected need, timing, language, number of improvement goals and whether company or phone details were supplied. It does not receive your name, email, phone number, company name or free-text brief. A Telegram failure does not remove the stored inquiry. Email notifications and external analytics collection are not enabled.
- 05
Records receive a six-month retention-review date. This is not automatic deletion; the retention and deletion arrangements require confirmation before public launch. Hosting and database providers may also process request and security logs.
- 06
Optional analytics events remain inside the browser and require analytics consent. They exclude names, email, phone, company, URLs, free text, lead identifiers, IP addresses and user agents.
